I forgot to mention that [info]picara and I saw Revenge of the Sith when she was here for Memorial Day weekend. It was pretty good, though I could go on and on about things I find annoying about the Star Wars prequels. One of those is the naming of the bad guys. I mean, really. Darth Sidious? General Grievous? So I obviously had to take the quiz where you find out

What Reject Sith Lord are You? )

Last night Mary Beth and I went to see Sahara at the theater in Hickory Creek. Just like always, I missed the exit, so we had to go all around Robin Hood's barn to get to it. By the time you see the theater you've already passed the exit you should have taken, and MapQuest has never heard of the street this theater claims to be on, so I can't look up the exit ahead of time. Of course, I could write it down or make some effort to remember it or something, but where's the fun in that? We finally did get to the theater, and immediately noticed the man, woman, two small children, and TENT set up right in front of the doors. Yes, they're camping out for Star Wars. I know this because I asked the lady at the snack bar. I would have asked the people in the tent, but I was afraid I'd instead end up asking them something like, "Have you had your brains replaced with rat droppings?" I knew people camped out for Star Wars, but...in Hickory Creek, Texas? Also, people with small children? Isn't that something geeks who live in their parents' basements do? Is it even *necessary* to camp out for Star Wars in Hickory Creek, Texas? I've been hung up on these camping Star Wars people ever since.
